Product Releases December 2022
Our team have been working hard throughout the year on more new features and improvements to Xporter. Here is a summary of the changes that have been rolled out recently.
Arbor
Features
- Timetable Model now supports Cover Lessons
- Entitlement History now supports In Care
- Prior Attainment now supports an additional 18 EYF aspects
- Groups now support future groups and memberships
Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Timetable model now shows a consistent data type between Rooms and All Rooms
- Timetable model showing incorrect ids resolved for Cover Lessons and Cover Type
- Issue resolved that caused Photos not to show in some school scenarios
- Groups issue resolved that was causing Teaching Groups to not show up for all years
- Attainment results issue resolved not showing mapped qualifications with no end date
- SEN schools issue resolved where a year group value of “national curriculum not followed” was showing instead of the correct year names
- Attendance Summary issue resolved where attendance data was not showing correctly due to the scenario of student enrolment dates being before or after the academic year
- Attendance Summary issue resolved where attendance data was not showing correctly due to the scenario of a holiday beginning on the first day of the academic year
- Groups issue resolved for staff membership duplicates showing in some school scenarios
- Exclusions issue resolved where Type Code was not showing correctly for the category Suspension
Bromcom
Features
- Entitlement History now supports In Care
- Prior Attainment now supports KS2 MTC
- Prior Attainment now supports an additional 18 EYF aspects
- Timetable model now supports All Room information
- Timetable Model now supports Cover Lesson Staff and Cover Lesson Rooms
- Conduct Lookup now supports default points
- Timetable Model now supports Lesson Instances
Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Issue resolved that caused Xod School Calendar to have an error on the start date
- Enforced positive/negative points for conduct writeback to prevent incorrect point allocations
- Id prefix added to resolve an issue with behaviour writebacks
- Person Comms issue showing duplicates from insufficient data in the MIS is now handled so the correct value is displayed
- Contact telephone numbers now display by priority
- Xporter daily sync failing from duplicate data in Student Disability is now handled gracefully
- Unhandled exclusion reasons showing as other now resolved using standardised library logic
- Exclusions issue resolved where Type Code was not showing correctly for the category Suspension
ISAMS
Features
- Student now supports FSM Start Date and FSM End Date
- Timetable Model now supports school rooms
Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Improvements made on performance for syncing Timetable
- Timetable Model now displays Timetable Day Sequence Number correctly
- Timetable Model now displays Timetable Day instances within the correct week order
- Improved automation for selecting the correct school academic year for all data
- Issue resolved where the Xporter weekly cache could fail in some scenarios with an Internal Server Error
- Year Group ID now matches between the Student and Group Endpoints
RM Integris G2
Features
- Student and Groups Standard Year Group Code/Name now supports Reception groups
- Support added for Assessment Results data

- Issue resolved where Attendance data would not display where the subcode parameter was selected

SIMS
Features
- Exam Timetable now supports Exam Arrangement. Specifically, special exam conditions (with comments) and extra time information
- Prior Attainment now supports an additional 18 EYF aspects
Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Xporter daily sync failing from duplicate data in Student Disability is now handled gracefully
- Issue resolved where all data syncing would fail without SIMS permissions to governor data
