What challenges were you trying to solve with Xporter’s Software?
“We were moving from SIMS to Arbor because we wanted a cloud-based trust-wide system that had ease of use within a MAT. With Xporter, we could get that data seamlessly and smoothly out of the new database in Arbor to our existing applications. We need the data to be moving in the background seamlessly and Xporter delivers this.”
How did Xporter help overcome these challenges?
“The fact we use a different integration tool hasn’t impacted us negatively, we’ve experienced no downtime since switching to Xporter. The positive is that it works well, and it runs in the background, and we don’t even notice it’s there.
When we moved to a new MIS, we worked closely with Community Brands, who understood the complexity around that move and put the right things in place. Community Brands liaised with Arbor on our behalf and there was no headache for us.”
What feedback would you like to share about implementation and migration?
“The implementation and migration process were excellent, we had a super project manager (Kinjal) who ensured that we were always kept up-to-date and had regular meetings with us. It was useful for us to have someone who was focusing on all the different products and liaising with different third parties – she did all of that for us. Kinjal, one of the CBUK Project Managers, was very proactive, understood our issues and worked through the technical side for us. We didn’t have any downtime from any of our applications that caused complaints or affected our parents.”
Would you recommend Xporter to other organisations?
“Yes, it works well. It runs efficiently in the background, and we don’t even notice it’s there.”
